Plastic Sheet / Plate Die

With a coat-hanger channel design, the upper lip offers whole push-type or push-pull type fine tuning, and the lower die lip adjusts product thickness, with a 45° or 90° choker bar — meeting the needs of different thicknesses.

Technical Parameter

1. Flow channel without plastic retention and with short residence time.
2. Processing temperature is controlled to offset the coefficient of metal expansion, giving leak-proof adjustment in service.
3. Oil-pressure start: hole-to-hole screen changing time is about 0.01 seconds, without downtime.
4. The filter can be removed to clean out plastic retained in the flow channel, then replaced quickly, so the plastic after the filter stays clean.
5. Preheating device prevents the plastic from cooling and slowing down during screen changing.
6. Safety shield designed to improve the safety factor of operation.

Melt Pump

Melt pumps keep an extrusion line running constantly and efficiently, improving product quality and line stability while reducing energy consumption.
