Production process:

Single screw extruder —T Die—Three roller calender—-Cooling bracket—-Haul-off—-(Store shelf&2^nd Haul-off)—– winder/cutter

Application:

Thermoforming(cup, bowel, etc.), food box, fruit/egg tray, cup, electric tray, stationery, printing sheet, packaging, etc.
PP/PS Thermoforming sheet are widely used in optical, home appliances, construction, decoration, furniture, advertising, handicrafts and other industrial and civilian industries. Multi-layer co-extruding compound sheet widely used in food packing, drink containers, jelly, cosmetic and other home using products.
